SPW GmbH: Switching over to CNC-machined gearing slashed the assembly time of sailboat propellers by between 25 and 30 percent. The small production team belonging to the Bremerhaven-based family-run company now need two hours less to produce Variprop and Varifold sailboat propellers, which are renowned worldwide and enjoy a strong demand.

The audit of the models VARIPROFILE and VARIPROP was held according to strict guidelines. SPW GmbH is currently the only producer of feathering propellers worldwide holding this type approval.
